Welcome to Power BI
Power BI is a reporting and visualization tool that helps you understand information through clear, interactive dashboards and reports. Instead of working through large spreadsheets or static reports, Power BI lets you explore data visually so you can quickly see patterns, trends, and key metrics.
Reports in Power BI are built to be easy to use - no technical background is required. You can interact with charts, filter information, and focus on what matters most to your role. The goal is to help you get answers faster, support informed decisions, and make data easier to work with in your day‑to‑day activities.
With Power BI, you can:
- View reports and dashboards shared with you
- Filter and interact with visuals to answer questions
- Drill down into details and explore trends
- Subscribe to reports and receive automated updates
- Access content from the web, Teams, and mobile devices
