What is the purpose of it?
To supply up-to-date hardware necessary for employees to complete their work.
Existing hardware is replaced on a 4 year cycle. Additional hardware for net-new positions can be requested as necessary.

Employees.
How to get it?
Click "Request Equipment" on the top right of this page.
How to use it?
Computing device requests are to be submitted by department managers or dean's assistants/divisional supervisors (with Dean's approval).
Enter all mandatory fields and provide as much information as possible. Please note that non-standard equipment approvals is on a case-by-case basis and the process time may vary.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the hardware is covered by the budget allocated by the University to the IT Services department. Non-standard equipment requests will be reviewed based on cost.
