Requests which meet one or more of the following criteria may be considered for priority implementation and/or action. Requests will be triaged and prioritized for approval.
The request:
- Is part of an existing standard
- Is identified as Level 1 for replacement or refurbishment based on CP assessments of furniture or space based on criteria of age, condition, function and appearance
- Is a minor space rearrangement that exists within Business Unit’s assigned space, and does not displace or negatively affect others
- Supports educational, student or personnel activities for the immediate academic term
